Hitesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in business development and hands on experience in managing transactions in real estate investments, financial & capital markets.

Hitesh has invested in co-development of two warehousing parks with Morgan Stanley in Delhi NCR belt. He also runs a construction company with Shaileshwar for warehousing under the brand of Onstruq. At Interlayer, Hitesh manages the group’s finances and working capital requirements.

Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj is a commerce graduate and has more than fifteen years of experience in Construction Industry.

He has delivered multiple projects that include warehouses projects.

Has very good experience of MEP works as well.
